This is the Bodysnatchers, an all female band, that could play, but in this video, choose not to even make a go of it.

Yes that's right, an all female band!, although you do need to check, apart from the drummer, who, back in the mists of time, caused a young SERENITY'S heart to race a bit, it has to be said, not a bunch of "Lookers".

This video is from back in the stone age.......1980, long before most of you reading this had even hatched out, from a telly prog called Top Of The Pops, a weekly look at the British top 30/40? pop records charts.

Long before MTV was farted out into the airwaves, a selection of the acts that were in the pop charts that week, would amble up to a studio, usually MIME (THERE'S A CLUE!) to a recording of the track, while a herd of mostly un interested kids, almost always the offspring of the staff on the show, were dragged in front of each act, poked with sharp sticks, and made to dance a bit.

So, guys, if you had your hand up, go stand in the corner.

You others, have a think, name as many ALL GIRL BANDS, that, and this is the tricky bit, wrote their own songs, AND actually PLAYED their own instruments, for real, honest "Guv".

Place your answers in the comments box, the winner, with the most, can feel very smug!.
