Detroit, really? I don't think our ska scene is awful but certainly not quite as big as I'd like it to be. I guess I take this as an indication of the rest of the country's scenes' lack of activity. What tour did you come through with?
I've been involved in the ska & reggae subculture and music scene for over 10 years now. Other than that, I love japanese stuff - from the kawaii to the kowai. I love tattoos, being creative & artsy, hanging out with my awesome dog, and geeking out.
I'm currently pulling a ben kenobi right now. I moved way out to the suburbs for cheap rent and I don't talk to anyone. Actually, its kind of nice.
