I've been to a few shows in the San Fernando Valley and it's pretty alright. But it's more like Spanish ska, which I'm not a HUGE fan of. But I like that most bands pass through The Knitting Factory, Key Club, Cobalt, etc. when touring, so I get to see a lot of people. Any good bands over there that I should check out?

I would really like to go to Riverside more for shows. I went to the Ska in the Park last month and it was amazing..and the crowd is so much more chill than over here. And I like house shows and small venue shows wayy more than big shows. I'm jealous of your location =(
