I've been listening to a lot of the band Detonate lately. They're a melodic skacore band from Texas. Unfortunately they broke up a few years back. But definitely check them out.
I'm not great with labeling genres and such but might enjoy it some at times. There are two bands that seem to at least partly be put in that category though not sure how much entirely?

I'm in a band called M-80 (rock/metal) And an upcomming ska band. We haven't practiced with our horn section yet but we have a trumpet, trombone, and a girl majoring in sax. So it should be nice.
