Bedouin Soundclash and The Beatdown are two good ones off the top of my head.

the flatliners are canadian, but more of a punk band with tiny amounts of ska influence. i recommend "this respirator", pretty good song

'Plan of Action' is one of my two favorite third wave albums *ever*...the whole melding of ska and alterna-pop with a Mod sensibility is absolute heaven to my ears. (The other album, of course, is The Siren Six!'s 'The Voice with the Built-In Promise'). Their first couple of albums, however, back when they were a more traditionally-minded group, are 'eh' at best.

King Apparatus is fantastic, Chris Murray's band before he went acoustic: hornless, guitar-driven third wave. Excellent stuff. General Rudie, Gangster Politics, Pressure Cooker and JFK & The Conspirators come to mind as well.

Stomp Records is based out of Canada, I suggest looking through their catalogue. They also released three volumes of all-Canadian ska compilation albums, "The All Skanadian Club".

Also "One Night Band" is really good. They sound a lot like The Beatdown.

Canada has a nice spread of bands... 2 more I don't think anyone's mentioned:

SUBB -- Some of the best punktified ska and reggae you will hear! And the just released a new CD!

Rudeboy -- Some excellent 2-tone for ya!
