...it is cool to see all the parks. I was skat'n up until about 3 years ago (street, pool, park). Eventually, I fgured all the slams were "to much of a hassle". When you're old like me, injuries take a long time to heal.
I'm so desperately after a Vespa...luckily, I know quite a few car people, so I'll be pretty much in the know when it comes to buying my own late-70s 150cc. Mama didn't raise no fool.
I'm also obsessed with the Genuine Stella (which is illegal in California), the Fuji Rabbit (which is incredibly hard to find), and early 80s Bajaj Chetaks. They're all so, so beautiful...
Vintage scoots are easy to work on. Real easy - that's one of the advantages and parts are cheap too. I wouldn't want to ride one as a daily driver anymore though. Cars are nice and cushy, with tunes and seatbelts.
I'm in search of a scooter. Probably as my daily driver. I have 2 years until I get my license, have always loved vespas, and would love one as a ride to and from shows, and things like that. :)
Lets talk scooter.
No way man, I'm 16, about to be 17. I would just rather have a scooter/new records/ drum gear, then a car and car license. Unless it is needed, but I believe it is not(other then a motercycle license)
